Qobuz via RS250

Since a few days I’m the proud owner of a RS250.
I stream my music via Qobuz and a local NAS, using the Rose Hifi app on my iPad.
I have noticed that not all functions of Qobuz can be used in the Rose Hifi app.
For example: when I go to my favorites, artists and then their releases, it only shows 25 items (when I know there are more).
It is not possible to delete a queue. Only if I start a new queue.
Is this a Qobuz problem?

  1. Showing only 25 items
    → We had this issue before but the problems are solved after update. Can you check your Rose HiFi app if it’s on the last version? Also, check your Rose Store in RS250.

  2. Deleting queue
    → You can edit queue if you want. You can not add or edit playlist yet. If you hope to change playlist, edit playlist from QOBUZ app. It will be applied to ROSE HiFi app. Please check if you have problem with queue or playlist.

According to the RoseStore I have the latest Qobuz version and since yesterday I have installed the latest firmware on the RS250.
However I still see only 25 releases per artist if I choose this artist via my favorites.
If I search an artist through the search button on the home page, the I see all the releases ( but that is a bit of a workaround).

On a positive note: the RS250 sounds fantastic!

About the Qobuz issue-

Please check…
Qobuz → My favorites → select an artist → touch ‘View all’ to see all releases

If it still doesn’t work, please let me know your information…

  1. model of the ipad
  2. ROSE ID of the RS250 (Setting → System info → ROSE ID)

Who is the artist that you added to My Favorites?

I have quite a few artists in my favorite list, but you can check for example Madonna or Blank & Jones.
