R250 Losing Connection 4.7 Update with Iphone

Continuing the discussion from RS250a losing connection to app since 4.7 update:

Q1/Same problem since update 4.7.01
Loss of link between my iphone and Rose 250 A : unstable connection

Connection failed
Current device => it shows 2 ROSE 250A
The first in 4.6.06 Current
The second in 4.7.01 available
If I validate the second it proposes to link but the problem will recur same issue
With correct IP addresses

It ends up reconnecting itself after 30 seconds:: how to remove version 4.06 on I Phone? Incompatibility with IOS RoseConnect premium version v 4.07.04?

Q2/ Is it possible on the RS250 A to sort QOBUZ personal playlists alphabetically by name?

Please check a few things.

  1. Does the same symptom appear even after deleting and reinstalling the RoseConnect app from the iPhone?
  2. Is the strength of the Wi-Fi you are using normal?
  3. After initializing your Wi-Fi router, try connecting to Wi-Fi again.

Please let me know how it goes when you try the above.

I did the procedure and The same symptom appears again after deleting and reinstalling RoseConnect on my Iphone.
The HIfi strengh is High > 800Mbs fiber

i select 4.7.07to get the link
but the issue reappears
ps/ If i wait 60 seconds the connexion is recovered then lost again.

Please check a few things.

  1. Does the connection always get disconnected about 1 minute after running the RoseConnect app?
  2. Can’t it automatically reconnect after being disconnected?
  3. When I looked at the photo you sent, it seems you are using a VPN.
    Does the same problem occur even if you turn off the VPN?

The system looks for the connection and then is disconnected after 1 or 2 minutes and reconnected after in 30 seconds spontaneously.
If I want to choise the Radio Item I have to choose the 4.07 connection and sometimes I must change the setting of local radios in French
Editing playlists: deleting or moving is not instantaneous and also takes 1 minute .
The issue occurs after disconnecting the VPN

Why does the Rose IOS 4.6.06 remains?
Booth connecting systèmes are available Wifi and Ethernet ( used for best results with RJ45 audiophile cable)

Please check a few things.

  1. Are you using an Ethernet connection to the Rose device? Or are you using Wi-Fi?
  2. If you are using an Ethernet connection, does the same thing happen if you turn on Rose device–>Settings–>Ethernet->Tethering and then connect?

  1. Is it possible to connect via Wi-Fi? Still experiencing the same symptoms?
  2. Please delete and reinstall your RoseConnect app.
  3. Do you have an Android device? If so, please install the RoseConnect app and check if it can connect.

Anyway, I whish to keep the Internet connection because i use an excellent Rj45 cable which brings a great sound
the system looks for the connection and then is disconnected after 1 minute and reconnected after in 30 seconds spontaneously.
When I modifie à playlist, it takes 30 seconds to see the change.
And two roses item yet?

Currently, we have confirmed and corrected the suspicious symptoms.
The update is scheduled to be distributed this week or next week.
Please check if the same symptom appears even after the update.

It would be very nice to can sort my personnal Qobuz playlists in Rose by: alphabetic choice

Rose 250 provides a very deep and delicate sound…

Currently, Qobuz does not provide an API to sort playlists alphabetically. If Qobuz provides API in the future, we will add features.

Not for the songs ;I mean just the playlists names ; Rose offers to select by recent preference frequency but not alphabetically and however it’s able to synchronise the playlists with Qobuz
