I use my RA 180 as a power amplifier and my RS 150b as preamp. Sometimes the RS 150 shuts down and when it does a very high hum noise apperes in the left channel. I had the same problem when using the phonostage with Nagaoka mp 500 cartridge, and then in right channel and all the time. Anyone know?

- If you swap left and right channels, does the hum noise that appears in the left channel come out in the right?
No it does not, i had the same problem when i usel phonostage in the amplifier but in the right channel so i bought a external riaa instead. This only occures when i use the amp as a poweramp. The dealer have try to find the problem but could not find any solution.
