HI, does it recommended to drive the W8 in BTL model. it is rated at 4ohm. The RA180’s BTL mode is rated at 400W into 8Ω only. There is no 4Ω rating published for bridged mode. If ibridge the RA180 into the W8’s 4Ω nominal load, each module is effectively seeing a 2Ω load. Does the amp module sufficient to drive the speaker safely without frying the power supply?
