I have a few questions for you.
Example) Correct
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
PC IP Address: 192.168.4.33
Example) Wrong
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
PC IP Address: 192.168.6.33
Please take a picture of the screen showing the IP address of your PC and the screen showing the IP address of your Rose device and send them to us.
If the IP address is the same but connection is not possible, does the same phenomenon occur even if you install and use the RoseConnect app on a phone other than PC?
Please delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app from PC and let us know if the same symptom occurs.
Hi Rosehan, after download it work again on my PC
Only thing I see is that the roseconnect say new version availible and update on the screen, but the update is not working.
I attached a screenshot, but all other function are working well.
