Still no e-mail received with the promised firmware update – of course I’ve also checked my spam folder. Could you please finally re-send it and confirm the exact address you used? This delay is quite frustrating, as I’ve been waiting several days now without any result.
Also, I think it would be important to share this solution publicly, since other customers might face the same issue and would benefit from it as well.

I replied to your email, but the email continues to fail to send.
The error message states that the recipient’s server has registered you as a bad sender, and the delivery has failed.
Please send me a different email address.
