RD160 NEW! Display issues?

This is my first post here.

I just got my RD160 today, after unpacking and turning it on for the first time i noticed weird behavior from the left side of the display.
It is green and it reacts slow to changes.
Something is definitely not right.
And is it normal that after pressing the power button that it takes almost 10 seconds for the unit to turn on? I wanted to upload a video but it’s not possible to upload a MP4 here.

This is a real bummer after paying so much money.

Can you advise?

Can’t help a lot, but 10 seconds for startup seems about right. The power button flashes for a few seconds and then the display comes up. Have you tried a factory reset? What CPU version is it running?

I’d take it back to the dealer for a replacement. Let them sort it out.

Thanks for replying. I have not tried a factory reset. I literally turned it on for the first time when i noticed the issue.
Not sure about CPU version. It looks like a hardware issue.

I will contact the seller today.

The issue appears to be an OLED issue.
Please contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RD160 to request repair or exchange.
