Okay. So I purchased the RSD 160 and it wants me to do an over the air update via WiFi or via USB.
The thing is, the RSD 160 does not have an Ethernet connection or WiFi antennas of its own.
So, how am I to achieve the above goals?

USB update seems to work fine. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully.
Did follow instructions carefully. Even called distributors help line and they walked me through usb updates and still no luck.
What do you suggest other than reading the instructions carefully?
I’m not technical support, so not sure how much I can help. Does your unit play music or is it stuck at the updating? Can you get to the menu where it says which version you are on? I’ve reported elsewhere on here that when you download the file on a Mac on Safari it messes up the file name. Download it in Chrome instead. I use a USC C stick with nothing else on it and make sure it is still a .zip file.
I can only give my experience.
RD160 update is only possible via USB.
Did you unzip the update file?
You must save the folder as is on the USB without unzipping it.
You must not change the folder name either.
