Registration Issue

Hi There,

I am trying to register my new device on the main page & I wont lie, I cannot remember my password.

Only problem is, when I try to reset it, it says there is an email issue and to contact an admin to reset.

My form/community logons are all fine

Can you help?

  1. The email address that you used for ROSE account
  2. ROSE ID
    (Rose streamer > Settings > SystemInfo > ROSE ID)

Hello,

  1. Please verify your Rose Account.
    (Verification email sent to your email)

  2. After verification is finished, you can find password.

  3. Rose APP > Settings > My Page > Login > Find password

Also, don’t forget the change password after you login with temporary password.
(Rose APP > Settings > My Page > Change password > Confirm)
