Remote control command to turn off the VU meters screen and go back to what was playing

Please provide a remote control command to turn off the VU meters screen and go back to what was playing. The VU meters tend to turn on randomly while playing internet radio.

I actually noticed that the VU meters would appear when you clicked OK on the remote control while the radio was playing, without realizing that the focus on the screen was on the VU meter icon.
You actually have to go to the screen to return to the ā€œnormalā€ view, unless you go back to the home menu and restart playback.

Same question: how can I easily switch from the clock display to the current playback using the remote control?

When connecting Rose device and remote control via Bluetooth, there is a way to go to the playback screen by pressing the remote control button.

First, set up Rose device as follows.
Rose deviceā€“>Settingsā€“>System settingsā€“>Remote control favorite settingsā€“>Current playback screen

If you set Remote control favorite settings to Current playback screen, press the button shown in the picture below.

Rosehan,

I followed your instructions and reset the remote control favorite settings to the current playback screen. That works if I press the remote control button you identified (Rose trademark). However, if the VU meters are turned on, then pressing the Rose Trademark button causes the screen to flash to the Current playback screen for about half a second and then the screen reverts to the VU meter screen. I presume this is in error, so please correct it.

Also I renew my request that whenever a radio station is selected to play from the list of stations that the video switch to the Current playback screen.

The RCU unit indeed could use some more buttons to direct access functions just for comfort of operation. There is more functions which should be on the RCU.

For example
-A long press on the power button should ā€˜power offā€™ the unit while a short press on the ā€˜power buttonā€™ should change to stand by modus.
-direct access ON-OFF and for selecting VU meters
-direct ON-OFF access for equalizer and selection of EQ modes

  1. Please tell me the model name of your Rose device.

  2. Please tell me the software version of your Rose device.
    Rose deviceā€“>Settingsā€“>System infoā€“>System version info

  3. Which app are you using in the Remote Control Favorite Settings feature?

It persists.
I can get to the main screen by pressing the remote control back button.
