Hi - I accidentally dropped my new Rose 250 remote. It just slipped from my hand and fell on the carpeted floor however that drop has shaken something loose inside it. The remote works fine however there is something rattling inside. Is it possible to open and fix it ? If not, can I get a replacement remote ?
