Remote shows in bluetooth but won't operate 250a

Remote stopped working. Checked batteries and they are good. 250a sees the remote. It pairs with no problem. Remote will not operate the 250a. What are the next steps to trouble shoot?

Please press and hold the Home and Back buttons on the remote control for more than 5 seconds, then Factory reset the remote control and pair it again to check.

Please help us check a few things:

  1. On your RS250a, in the Bluetooth screen, is ROSE RCU listed under Paired Devices and displayed in gold color?
  2. Even though the RS250a and the remote control are successfully connected via Bluetooth, do none of the buttons respond at all?
  3. When you press buttons on the remote control, does the white LED light blink?

Based on your description, it appears that your remote control may be defective.

Please contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS250a and request a repair.
