Remote stopped working

After upgrading to EA, the remote stopped working. I have reconnected it to the 150B that I have and changed batteries. In the UI the remote shows up as “Paired” but it does not work.

Is this a known error and does it have a known remedy?

Please answer a few questions.

  1. When you access Bluetooth on your RS150b, is the Rose RCU located as a paired device and displayed in gold?
    I would like a picture of your RS150b bluetooth screen.
  2. On the RS150b Bluetooth screen, press and hold the Rose RCU to delete it and try pairing again.

  3. Does Wi-Fi work properly on your RS150b?
  4. Does the same symptom appear even if you factory reset your RS150b?
    RS150b->Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

I believe the issue is a remote control or dongle issue.
If the above does not work, contact the distributor in the country where you purchased RS150b and request a new remote control and dongle.

  3. Yes it does.
  4. After factory reset and reinstallation the error remains.

I will contact the reseller Audio Concept in Sweden for a replacement of dongle and remote.

It worked perfectly well before update to EA.
