Repairing cd drive

I have a broken cd stuck inside the CD drive. Has anyone disassembled the drive and repaired it?

Are you using the RSA780E?

There are three ways to eject a CD into the RSA780E.

  1. When RSA780 and Rose device are connected, there is a CD-shaped eject button at the top center of the Rose device screen.

  2. Connect the RSA780E to the PC and try to eject.

  3. There is a small hole on the front of the RSA780. Insert a thin stick into the hole and push.

If all three of the above do not work, you will need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RSA780E and eject it.
