"Restart roseservice for stable system operation"

For the last 2 days I am getting this pop-up “Restart roseservice for stable system operation” when I try to power off. If I press reset, nothing happens. The only way to clear the message is to unplug the power, and then 24hours later the message comes back.

Any solutions? thanks

Currently, the same phenomenon as you are not appearing.
Please answer a few questions.

  1. Which Rose device are you using?

  2. Does this pop-up appear when you run a specific app?
    Or does such a Pop-up appear even when not using it?

  3. How many times a day do these symptoms appear?

  4. If I do a factory reset, will the same symptoms appear?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
