"Restart System for stable operation "

RS150b keeps telling me: [ "Restart System for stable operation " after ripping CDs and also DB caching ***. Blinking in lower left screen

This makes my previous problem of the RS150b of it having no idea what CD i am trying to Rip most of the time an inconvenience

Poor customer service in my opinion

Happened a several times after failing to find a CD cover image. So I making a cover search first now to avoid loosing data.

Hey guys… good morning. I see this thread is from 7 months ago. I purchased the Rose CD transport a couple months ago and I am having the issue you are discussing here. “Reboot system for stable system operation” message pops up on the streamer “…caching…” blinking on lower left of the streamer… then nothing. Were either of you able to resolve this problem? I really appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

@e-spaz

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please check a few things.

  1. When you connect RSA780 to RS250 via USB, no message appears?
  2. When the “reboot system for stable system operation” pop-up message appears, does this message appear every time a CD is inserted?
  3. Can RSA780 be used normally when connected to a PC and USB?
  4. If the “reboot system for stable system operation” message appears when inserting every CD, we need to check remotely.
    RS250 → If an error message appears, enter Settings → System Settings → Click Remote Debug and enter standby mode.
    Additionally, please tell us the ROSE ID of your RS250.

Hi there. Thank you for responding. It appears as though I only get the error message when playing specific CD’s.
There is no error message when I Initially connect the two devises.
I have not tried connecting the CD to my PC but I will try as soon as I have free time.
