Please check the following:

  1. On your RS150, when you select View Details under System Version Info, what version of ROSE OS is displayed?
    → RS150 → Settings → System Info → System Version Info → View Details
  2. Does the same issue occur even after performing a factory reset on your RS150?
    → RS150 → Settings → System Settings → Factory Reset

It still shut down when viewing video

The issue got solved with the last update. So now everything is working fine :slightly_smiling_face:

It turn off completely. I can’t use remote to turn back on. I have to press the unit itself to turn on.

Based on the symptoms you described, your Rose device appears to require repair.
Please contact the distributor in the country where you purchased your Rose device, explain the issue, and arrange for service.

I purchased from another country. At that time there are no distributors in Thailand. What are other options?
