Reviewing the RS201 for Magazine TED

Hi Community,
here"s some questions I got towards the RS201 ( I checked the forum and manual without finding clear answers)

1- Is it possible to push the Rs201 UI Interface on external TV ? ( 1920 X 1080 )
At the moment only playback information show up on the screen, some higher model offer this feature.

2-Is it possible to scan cover and metadata coming from an external collection stored on a NAS ? (indexation of an SMB network Share located on a NAS)
I could navigate the folders but no indexing seems available.

3-Playing 96kHz trough a DLNA source don"t provide any output and report 0ch ? Is DLNA locked at 48 kHz-24 Bits ?

Hello,

  1. No, you can play videos and see playback information of music on TV, but no UI interface on TV.

  2. Hello, would you check if this is what you want?

ROSE device(Or ROSE APP) > Music > Setup > Media Library > Add > Network > Select your NAS > Music Folder > the FOLDER icon on the screen > Add Network share

After this, you will see the folder that you shared on ‘Media Library’ of ROSE device.
(ROSE device > Music > Setup > Media Library > Your NAS folder > Add DB)
