Rose 105B play back issues

Hey Guys,

I am having some issues with playback when I use AES or USB cables to bypass the internal DAC, Roon, or the Rose app. It is the same issue when I play a track: sometimes, it shows Rose is playing the track, but no sound comes out. Am I doing something wrong? or does a setting issue cause it? Help, please.

Please check a few things.

  1. Do these symptoms occur intermittently?
  2. Does this symptom appear with a specific sound source?
  3. Does the same symptom occur even if you change the cable to a different cable?
  4. When a music source is played on Rose but there is no sound, does the same symptom occur even if you turn up the volume?
  5. Is the volume not adjustable when the problem occurs? (Fixed at a small volume and unable to adjust the volume)
    Or is it a case where the volume is adjusted but the maximum volume is reduced?
