I´m pretty happy with Rose 130, boosted with Silent Angel switch and their linear power supply Forester 2. REALLY big difference in SQ. I got their reference GENESIS GX as world clock. Sadly Rose 130 does not support it properly. I get the 10 MHz working and nothing else. The sound is more detailed and 3D but really not worth of 4000e if I cannot even try 25 MHz option. ROSE administration, you should have a proper answer to this why this is happening. Have tried all possible options and the Rose app just does not accept anything else than 10 MHz.
The device is based around a 10Mhz clock in hardware. It wasn’t designed to accept anything but that.

There is an option for extern clock with two options.
Correct, 10Mhz with a 50 Ohm BNC or a 75 Ohm BNC. I have a Mutec Ref10 Nano using the 75 Ohm.

So Rose 130 is pretty limited in that sense… I will now try Silent Angel Silent Angel Munich Transport M1T, costs 999 euros… if the SQ is better as it should be I will put my pretty Rose to sale…. we are here for SQ after all.
That one doesn’t seem to have any external clock input.
Did you do your research before buying the clock? I can find very few steamers or DACs that support 25 MHz clock input.

I did not buy the clock, just tested and returned. Yes, only Silent Angel supports 25 MHz.
Why do you think the 25 mhz wil be better
