Rose 130. App flashes and Unit does not work

The app flashes and does not operate the unit. It gives a message ‘your information has changed’. The unit does not work and gives the option to restart. I have deleted and reinstalled the Rose connect premium app and turned the the unit off and restarted. No difference. It is currently unuseable. Please advise how this can be resolved.

I have now got the unit working using the remote control but the app is useless!

Can anyone advise how I can get the app up and running again? Each time I try to connect to Tidal the app breifly connects (ie a fraction of a second), and then crashes out. It is very frustrating and I am becoming somewhat disillusioned with my purchase of this expensive ‘high quality’ streamer.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Please confirm a few things.

  1. Please tell me the version of your RS130.
    RS130–>Settings–>System info–>System version info
  2. Are you using the RoseConnect app that matches the version of your RS130?
    If your RS130 version is 5.7 (official), you should use the RoseConnect premium app.
  3. Is your RS130 registered?
    RS130–>Settings–>Device management–>Register
