Rose 130 no longer connects to network

One day it plays the next day it does not. Rose will not connect WiFi. iPad control- only page on Rose app available is Remote Control. Shows RoseConnect IP. Shows Current Device (Rose-FB, IP is different). Shows Available Devices (iPad).

On Rose can type in password for Wifi but does not connect.

Any help?

Here are a few things to check.

  1. Do you try to connect to the Wi-Fi on the RS130 by long-pressing and deleting it from the RS130 Wi-Fi screen and then reconnecting it, but it still doesn’t connect?
  2. Would you try to connect your ROSE streamer’s network to your phone’s hotspot tethering?

  3. When entering the Wi-Fi password, please enter the upper and lower case letters carefully.
