Rose 150(A) -- no video output when set to 4K

Hi,

After the recent update to version 4.17 the HDMI port doesn’t work unless set to 1080. Before the update, irr worked on 4K as well.

  1. You said that HDMI output can only be used when set to 1080. Did you set it from TV or RS150?
  2. RS150 has 3 USB ports. Is HDMI output unusable when all USB ports are set to 4K?
  3. Are you using RS150 and TV connected via HDMI?

  1. My TV (LG OLED 65BY) auto negitiates 4K successfully when was in previous firmware and with the same HDMI Cable.

  2. Using one USB port for the antenna, always used it. What do you mean setting USB port to 4K ? It’s an HDMI setting AFAIK.

  3. yes. – always used it and it worked until recent firmware.

If you set the resolution to 1080, the video plays normally on the TV, but if you set the resolution to 4k, a black screen appears?
If so, rebooting the RS150 and reconnecting the cable will probably work.
