Hi,
I haven’t used my rose for some time, when i turned it on today and clicked play on one of my playlists on Tidal it kept loading the song but didn’t play it even for one second. After some tries it said “the playback status is not sooth, please check your app account and network status”.
Quboz plays ok. Tidal plays ok on my phone (but not on rose).
I tried to log out and log in through Tidal settings.
I tried to clear Tidal data, uninstall Tidal and re-install it again – same result.
Latest firmware, latest version of app. will appreciat help here…
