Rose 150 no connection to internet

No connection between rose and pc.

Unfortunately, the Rose 150 is no longer working.

I get a pop-up saying it’s connected, but my only option is to search for another device, and then it stops.

I’ve already reinstalled the software on my PC, but I’m still having the same problem.

The Rose 150 is connected to the network and the PC is too, but it won’t work.

I’ve already reset the Rose, but that doesn’t help either.

I can’t log in, it says I have a poor internet connection.

The switch works perfectly, as other devices work over the internet.

I’ve also tried a different input on the switch.

I’ve tried a different cable, but nothing helps.

No IP address can be found in the Ethernet settings.

What can I do to fix this?

  1. Could you confirm if your current setup was working correctly before and if this issue started occurring suddenly?
  2. Could you try disconnecting the power cable from your Router (not the network switch) for about 5 minutes, then reconnecting it?
  3. Is it possible to connect the RS150 directly to the Router using an Ethernet cable, bypassing the network switch?
  4. If you enable Wi-Fi in the RS150 Settings, does the network function normally and allow you to log in?

We disconnected the router and reconnected it, and now it can find the internet.
However, I’ve noticed that a lot of programs are missing on the Rose 150, so I urgently need to update them to get them back.
But I don’t know how?
I’m also missing a lot on my PC: Tidal and radio are gone.
How can I get everything back?

Are you saying that the app buttons for Radio or TIDAL have disappeared?
Could you please check if Radio and TIDAL are installed via RS150B > Rose Store?
