No connection between rose and pc.

Unfortunately, the Rose 150 is no longer working.
I get a pop-up saying it’s connected, but my only option is to search for another device, and then it stops.
I’ve already reinstalled the software on my PC, but I’m still having the same problem.
The Rose 150 is connected to the network and the PC is too, but it won’t work.
I’ve already reset the Rose, but that doesn’t help either.
I can’t log in, it says I have a poor internet connection.
The switch works perfectly, as other devices work over the internet.
I’ve also tried a different input on the switch.
I’ve tried a different cable, but nothing helps.
No IP address can be found in the Ethernet settings.
What can I do to fix this?
