My Rose 150B & Qobuz plays only 30 seconds each titles. I don’t find any place to change it.
Same problem here with RS130. This thing is JUNK.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please check a few things.
- Are your Rose device and RoseConnect app updated to the latest version?
- Please delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app.
- Log out of your Qobuz account from your RoseConnect app and log in again.
Try the above and let me know how it goes.
No help to delete apps and install new. It happens in both of my dings, tablet Levono P12 and phone Sony xperia 1 iv.

If you play Qobuz music on your RS150b, will it only play for 30 seconds?

I’m not having this problem on my RS130. Using RoseConnect 4.08.05 on iOS and the RS130 is running 4.15.12. This is with playing music files from my NAS.
- RoseConnect version is 4.15.12.4
- Rose 150 played only 30 s each song. Not longer. It didn’t help to uninstall and reinstall RoseConnect.
So I turned power off from power switch. Turning power on again released system update and 8 apps were ready to update too. I see it now that problem is related to bug in update system.
I’ve had this issue. It comes and goes. Redownloading the app helped some though it still happens.
