Rose 150B I2s pin out compatibility with another audio brand

I have placed an order for a 150-B with an expected delivery mid May . I currently use Rockna WaveDream Net server and have two dacs Rockna WaveDream and Merason Dac 1 both Mearson and Rockna are compatible with each other’s i2s pin outs .
I would very much like to continue using i2s especially since of a recent commissioned i2s cable build for the North American distributor of Rockna .

Most other i2s cable offerings apparently according to the distributor are mediocre by comparison .
I will have to convert one end of the cable to Rj45 for the output of the 150B , anyway I think this should be no problem.
Note I did ask this very question recently here on this forum however upon finding pin out photo comparing photos I cannot interpret .

My question is pin compatibility, PS Audio Rockna , Denafrips including many other brands use the same pin arrangement I wonder if Rose adapted to this also .

Before I use any outboard dac I will thoroughly listen to the 150-B on its own .

Hello thank you for your interest, there is a in-depth conversation along with photo of i2s pin out , please search “ps audio i2s pin out guide” . I understand the PS Audio i2s pin arrangement is more widely used among other digital audio manufacturers then Rockna.
Rockna i2s pin arrangement slightly differs and is more specific to their own product line , there are two i2s outlets on the back of the Rockna server one is more specific to PS Audio pin out

I have used Rockna digital front end components for a few years , the server and dac will eventually be sold however they are exceptionally good performing components .
However the Rose 150-B with all it does is very attractive to me with the further optional upgrade path using a out board dac if I choose to do so .

Hello,

ROSE has I2S OUT(DVI) and I2S OUT(RJ45). Does the PS audio has I2S RJ-45 or DVI output?
If not, you should use conversion cable.

I could find this image from PS audio, but this is for I2S(HDMI).

Thank you for your reply, I looked at Rose Audio pin arrangements and PS Audio pin arrangements and I can not interpret them . Regarding the type of connection from what I understand the HDMI style is widely used though some are true i2s .
If the i2s J45 out put is compatible with the more widely used PS Audio pin out I can have my i2s cable re-terminated with a j45 end . It would be nice to be able to use i2s however it won’t be the end of the world for me if it doesn’t .
