Hi, my Rose 150b when i first got it would play video files from my WD digital network drive. Now the files show on the screen but when you touch on them nothing happens and the screen will freeze and after a while it will say Rose not running smooth or unstable would you like to restart. Please can anyone offer any advice thank you.

- Has there been any change to the network you used before?
- Are music or videos of different sizes played normally?
- Does RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset work normally?

Thank you for getting back to me.
I have put some video files on a synology network drive that i only normally use for music and they work through the 150b so the problem must be with my WD network drive.
I will check the things you mention.
