Rose 150B not turning on

I came back in the evening and the streamer is not switching on… totally dead and even the ethernet light is not lighting up as usual.

Check the fuse in the compartment where you connect the power cable.

Yes, just remove the power cable end open the little compartment with a screwdriver or something flat. There should be a spare fuse in there as well.

Managed to open… fuse seems alright and there was no spare fuse

Are you sure? The fuse that you see when you slide the little drawer out is the spare one. The other one is on the bottom.

I’m sorry, I said it the wrong way around but indeed, there is only one fuse. I can’t help you any further then, sorry. Good luck!

  1. Is the RS150b power cable connected properly?

  2. Does a relay sound come out when you press the power button on your RS150b?

If the above does not work, you will likely need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS150b for repair.
