The RCU (Model name GS-R18E (RC850)) stopped working for some reason (probably caused by the most recent SW update?) - deleting the RCU and reconnecting will take several retries but succeeds after 3-4 times. RCU seems connected but does not remote control anything. unplug and plug the bluetooth adapter did not either.

Have you try to connect with other devices, like smartphones or tablets via application such Tidal, Spotify or others. If symptom still the same the root cause could be the dongle

Yes indeed, with airplay disabled a BT Connection with iphone and Tidal succeeds. Tidal plays music.
As far as I understood the remote itself is probably the cause?

You should contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS150b and explain your problem and get a new remote.
