Rose 150b screen no acces possible

Mij Rose 150b screen is not working anymore .
I have a update standing on mij screen but ik cannot push a button.
It seems my screen is not responding.

Wen i use my Ipad its possible to play some music .
The screen shows me de song that is playing,

Let me ask you a few questions.

  1. Are you saying that if you touch any botton on Rose’s main screen, it won’t be recognized?
  2. Does this mean that the touch is not recognized in a specific location?
  3. Does the same symptom occur even after Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset?

Nothing on the screen (Rose 150b) is doing anything.
The only thing i can do on the screen is push in Upright corner so the systems goes into standby modes.I (I hear a klikking sound )

I am not able to do a factory reset.
The Rose is accesible via the Ipad but a factory reset is not possible ( via Ipad)

Maybe screen is just off? Check in app

No the screen is on.
There is a message that says update yes or no
But its not possible to choose

There is a reset button on the back of the RS150B

Nothing changed Rose 150b did de reset and came with the same question: Install yes / no .
I was not able tot choose anything.

Hallo, try to connect a mouse to the USB Port of your device. So you can do the update or perform a factory reset.

I connected a mouse and was able to do the updates. ( thanks for your advice )

Stil the touchscreen was not responding.

I tried a factory reset .
After that the screen was not responding. ( to touching possible)

I think the screen is the problem ( I hope not )

Even if you touch the screen, it seems that the Rose device does not recognize it, so there seems to be a problem with the touch screen. It seems that you need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS150 and get A/S.

Yesterday i got my Rose 150b back from the dealer. ( audiofrenzie in Maastricht. There service is fantastic)
Rose is working again.
Screen was replaced.
