Rose 201 has NO pre out

Dear … my Rose 201 has NO pre out and ALL others are normal.

  1. I don’t have any input
  2. I have checked teh out put volume
  3. The HDMI has output to TV
    4.My pre/power amp are normal as I’m using CD has no problem.

HK agent said it is because of the mother board and of course they will charge US2K.
I feel it is not really the board …this is how I feel. The machine still with the agent (warranty expired) more than a month.

Please let me know if it has such a problem on other 201 machine ?
