I cannot finalize the connection with the remote control. I pair the remote control exactly like i the tutorial video. It appears an i can selct it and it seems that is was paired. i have got the entry “ROSE RCU” in the “Connected devices”. But then no one button works on the Remote control. When i press a button on the remote control the red light blinks twice. but the R201E doesn’t react.

When “ROSE RCU” moves to “Paired Devices” from “Scanned Devices”, the “ROSE RCU” words are still in white color. You need to tap the “ROSE RCU” again to change it to gold color(= activated). Once it’s activated, you will be able to control RS201E with the remote.
Would you check if the “ROSE RCU” under “Paired Devices” is gold colored?
(I will explain assuming that the battery is sufficient)
Hello “ROSE RCU” is white, but i cannot activate it. when i tap it nothing happens. And when i tap and hold it, it asks me if i want delete the paired device…
And battery, i changed it and i’m sure i have got new battery in it.
If you have replaced the battery with a new one, press and hold ROSE RCU displayed in “Paired Devices” to delete it, then turn off Bluetooth and turn off and on the rose device.
Try pairing the remote control and the Rose device via Bluetooth again as shown in the tutorial video.

After some retries it works now. This means, everytime when i change the battery i have to reconnect the divice?
No, Re-pairing is not required when the battery is replaced.
However, sometimes you may need to pair again due to a temporary error.
