Rose 250 A power on

In the last few months I have used the device quite rarely and I had the same surprise twice: trying to turn it on, I pressed the button several times and the device did not turn on! Both times I solved the problem by unplugging the device and then plugging it back in.
Is it normal for it to behave like this after a period of about 30 days in which I have not used it?

@SCHWARTZ

Here are a few things to check.

  1. When you unplug the power cable from the RS250a, plug it back in, and press the power button, does it still not turn on?

  2. When you press the power button on the RS250a, the white light on the power button blinks, but does it not turn on?

If the above doesn’t work, Seems like the LCD should be replaced.
Please contact your distributor to get the LCD replaced.
Please contact a distributor in the country where you purchased the RS250a for repair.

Hello and thank you for your answer

No, none of what you said below is happening

When unplug and then plug back again, the system is turning on immediately

And after that, if I use it day by day, it’s no problem anymore

The problem sims to appear only if I am not using it for long time ( ex 30 days )

In that case, I press the power button and it’s not blinking, just do nothing

After I made that move unplugged/plug back, everything is going to normal

So this is what it happened. Me personal I don’t think the LCD is to blame, because it works normal. The problem only appears after a long period of non-use

Many thanks

@SCHWARTZ

If you don’t use it for a long time, the device needs time to power up.
If you don’t use it for a long time and it takes a while to turn on, you can use it again without any problems.
