Im using Rose app with iPad pro. Rose app cannot display my iTunes data. From albums only those that begin with A… very frustrating… Anybody got a solution? I appreciate it. Thanks!

Please answer the questions below.
- How do you check iTunes music or albums on the RoseConnect app?
- Are the iTunes music and albums you are talking about stored on an SSD or USB external hard drive?
- Rose does not support iTunes. When you talk about Aditunes music and albums, where are they stored?
- If iTunes music files are stored on an SSD or USB external hard drive, are only albums starting with A displayed in RoseConnect app–>Music–>Album?
- RoseConnect app–>Music–>Folder–>Can’t you see all the albums even when you access the SSD or USB external hard drive?
- Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Media library–>Select SSD or USB external hard drive–>Rescan DB.
Do you encounter problems even if you rescan the DB as above?
