Hello, No Head phone input , but the Head phone night say is on , Can’t to Listen at RCA out put Sound ,

Having the same issue. When using Headphones through RS250 no sound. Tried them through Amp only got mono sound very low volume.
Was listening to radio, also noticed when removing headphones from RS 250 needed to deselect radio station. System as your point 2

Update to my previous post.
Earphones are working direct through RS250 and have stereo sound when plugged into amp.
What I have found now is when I have the pre-out level settings switch ON and set to the appropriate level for my amp. I can adjust volume via the RS BT hand control. So when listening to a radio station volume needs to be adjusted through BT handset instead of amp
Is this correct for the unit or another cliche in the operating system.
I find the hand set very intermittent when trying to select radio/ music etc.
Doesn’t meet the standard of the unit. Seems it is the cheap element to the unit and this is letting the whole experience of the product down.

If you set Pre-Out level in RS250, you can adjust the volume only in the amplifier. However, when the earphone is plugged in, the earphone has priority. Pre-Out level setting does not work when earphones are connected, so volume control is possible through the ROSE device.
If you want to hear the sound through the amplifier rather than the earphones, you have to take the earphones out.
