Rose 250 keeps turning off

250 turns its self off then comes back on and optimises it self but of course it wont go back to what it was playing. any ideas please

Please check a few things.

  1. Does the RS250 turn off and on automatically without you doing anything? If this problem occurs for no reason, I think you should contact the distributor in the country where you purchased it, explain the symptoms, and get it repaired.

  2. How often do symptoms occur?
  3. When the power is turned off and turned on, it does not automatically go to the previously playing app.
    Except for RadioRadio, you can check recently played songs in Queue.
    If you want to see the channel that was playing before on RoseRadio right away, follow the instructions below.
    RoseRadio–>Press the gear-shaped button at the bottom left–>Set Set last channel auto restart to ON.

Rose 250a has just started freezing and having to reboot it no controls work untill you un plug from mains

I have a few things to check.

  1. When your RS250a stops working, does it not work no matter where you press on the RS250a screen?

  2. When your RS250a stops working, does the screen not display LCD OFF / POWER OFF / REBOOT when you press and hold the power button?

  3. When your RS250a stops working, do you have to unplug the power cable, reconnect it, and then turn it on to get it to work normally again?

  4. When you power on the RS250a, approximately how long does it take for it to stop working?
