Rose 250a suddenly will NOT PLAY

I have rebooted multiple times. I have unplugged and replugged the unit. I am updated & using latest edition of RoseConnect. I just get spinning circle around “Play” icon on Rose units screen. On iPhone app “Play” button produces no action.

Please answer a few questions.

  1. Are you unable to play music or video in any app on RS250a?
  2. If you have an external USB or SSD, will the same symptom occur if you connect it to RS250a and play it?
  3. Is it impossible to play both on RS250a or the iOS RoseConnect app?
  4. Please take a video of your symptoms and send it to the email address below.

Thank you for reply rosehan. The 250a would not respond to pressing “play” on touchscreen nor on iPhone roseconnect app-only spinning circle around “play” icon.

  • I did reboot unit for approximately the 7th time the next day and it began to work again. Hopefully there will be no reoccurrence, but I will take video if it happens.
