I can’t connect the rose app with the rose 150b, the app does not find the rose and is in the same network, when I go to device management shows the rose and the rose id , the connect button is on, but when I press I got the circle spinning and shows a message saying the this device is already registered to you.
How can I fix this I have the latest version 5.9 official installed
Trying turning the rose off with the physical button. I ran into the same issue and that solved the problem.
Rose still has some bugs with RoseConnect and I hope Tidal connect comes to Rose soon.

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Make sure that both your RS150B and the Rose App are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz or 5GHz).

Restart both your RS150B and the mobile device running the Rose App.

On your mobile device, go to Settings → Apps → Rose App → Storage, then clear the cache and data.

Reopen the Rose App and try connecting again.

If the issue persists, please go to Device Management and press “Remove device”, then reconnect your RS150B from scratch.
