ROSE App closes immediately

HIFI rose app crashing within seconds of opening. Device works fine. App non functional-open it and it crashes.

Are you using the RoseConnect Premium app? Could you download the RoseConnectOne app from the App Store and check if it works?

Hi! Yes I was using the RoseConnect Premium. The RoseConnectOne works without problems.
