Can you replace it with more open interface. You have jammed all the possible user
platforms and still not even basic management is OK. Try to install Tidal for instance (another time after factory reset). This should be basic operation, and I get only blank page. Rose likes to jam pages without proper return. Why? Try to do something with this mess.

Please help us check a few things below:
- When you enter the ROSE Store on your ROSE device, do you not see the TIDAL app? If so, this usually indicates that the device is not connected to the network.
- Please check whether Ethernet or Wi-Fi is working properly and that your ROSE device is correctly connected to the network.
- You mentioned that ROSE often freezes or gets stuck without a proper way to return. Please take a photo of the screen where it is frozen or stuck and send it to us.
