Rose app on my iPhone can’t reach Qobuz

Hi.

Very often the rose app is not connected to Qobuz and rose home.
By the way the remote works greatly.
So I switch off the wifi, switch on. Switch on and off the app and sometimes it works.
But it’s mostly not working great.

My wifi is good.
I can join Qobuz on the Qobuz app.

My phone is good : I also have a Cabasse Pearl and the app is working great with Wobuz.

So I don’t know what to do.

I can get Qobuz to show up, but if I try to search, the Rose app immediately shuts down and I have to re-open the app.

Currently, when searching for an artist or music on Qobuz from an iPhone or iPad, there is a phenomenon that the Rose Connect app exits. This will be fixed in the next update. Does anyone have any other issues besides this one? Please tell me if there is.

I have few questions for you to answer.

  1. Does it happen when using Qobuz on RoseConnect?
  2. What type of device do you use when running RoseConnect?
  3. Does the same phenomenon occur even if you delete the RoseConnect app and then download it again?
