Please give fix for Rose connect premium app not connecting.
Can use screen but app shuts down everytIme without getting to power on screen. Can ping unit IP on wired network. Deleted app and reloaded from Google store but no change. Power cycled Rose 250A but also no change. PLEASE HELP. I’M REACHING MY END WITH THIS VERY EXPENSIVE UNIT.
Please check a few things.
- If you unplug and reconnect the power cable of your RS250a, does the update not proceed or stop in the middle?
- If you reset your RS250a to factory settings and update, does the update not proceed or stop in the middle?
RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset - If the update does not proceed even after trying the above, please request the update file to the email below.

I was able to get app to work after deleting and reinstalling several times. I am using a Samsung S10 tablet with android 15 and UI 7. Problem was with app and or tablet. The upgrade to Rose 250A had no issues.
After upgrade to 5.9 I still have the problem with when a song starts the first few seconds is skipped as described in other post.
