Rose Connect 5.7.13 (iOS) and login issue

Hello,

I have issue connecting RS150B with my connect account. Just get an “ERROR” message on the screen (on both rs150 and mobile app).
Already have 201e and 520 connected and functional over RoseConnect app but I’m unable to login for 150.
If trying to reset the password I get the message “unknown user”.

How can I use a single account on all 3 devices and using all of them over mobile?

Please check a few things.

If you cannot log in to your Rose account, please send your Rose account to the email address below.
eunseong96@citech.kr

We will send you a temporary password or verification email.
If you cannot find the password for an account, it is because you did not verify your email address when signing up for the account.
