It started to happen after the last Apple software update. I reinstalled the app and still happening.
I saw the older postings about the same problem
The IOS version is 26.6.1
The app is currently working normally.
If the same issue occurs again in the future, please provide us with the following information:
- Which ROSE app are you using: RoseConnect, RoseConnect Premium, ROSE ONE, or RoseConnect EA?
- Please let us know the model name of the smartphone or tablet on which the ROSE app is installed.
