Rose Connect not working on iMac

The rose connect app shuts down immediately after I have launched it. It just says Rose Connect quit unexpectedly.

I am a new user of the Hifi Rose 201E and I really need the app to work. I am running the latest version of Ventura on my iMac.
I hope someone can help me.

After deleting the RoseConnect app, download and use the RoseConnect app from the link below. If there is something that doesn’t work, please send the explanation along with the screenshot to eunseong96@citech.kr.

I just bought a RS250a and the same issue, it shuts down unexpectedly when it opens. I have been in contact with Rose in South Korea I guess, not the USA they passed me on. I had a new firmware 4.6.08 that they gave to me and still the same issue. I got a email stating the are looking over the app right now and will get back to me
