Rose connect one installation

Hello,

I uninstalled the old Connect Premium app from my Lenovo tablet and installed the new version of the Hifi Rose Connect One app. When I launch the app, it opens for 2 seconds and then closes automatically.

Streamer : RS451

Here are my tablet’s specifications:
Lenovo TB J606F
Android 11
RAM: 4 GB
CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon 662

However, I had no trouble installing the app on my Samsung A52 running Android.

Could you please help me?

There is another thread on the same issue: “Rose One does not work after last update”. It happened to me with an Android 11 tablet but not with an Android 15 phone.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please help us check a few things:

  1. We released the latest version of ROSE ONE last Friday. After updating, does the app still crash?
  2. If the ROSE ONE app crashes on your Lenovo tablet, please record the issue—either by screen recording or by filming the tablet with your phone—and send the video to the following email:
