Rose Connect PC 4.5.1 issue with login status

When I use RoseConnect 4.5.1 for the PC on Windows 10 the app constantly asks me “Check your login status”. I reinstalled app and logged in and I still have the issue. It prevents me from using the search function since it constantly changes the focus of the cursor so I can’t type more than one letter in the search box.

Windows 10 latest on a Surface Pro 7
Connecting to RS520 with 4.6.07 software.

Same problem as you with Windows. I did the same steps to no avail. I haven’t seen a company response to this issue yet. I was of the belief that the Rose Connect app was supposed to be updated after the 4.6.07 software release, but there have been no updates or information from the company since it released on May 25, which is the same day the app started with the persistent “Check your Login” message. Hopefully messages are being read.

Today I’ve got the Information about an update, which is now (very slow) downloading.
