Rose Connect PC Version shuts down when I select My Tidal

When I select My Tidal in the Tidal portion of the Rose Connect PC Version, nothing happens for a few seconds, then the Rose Connect PC Version app closes.

I have a Tidal account and I am signed in. I can use Tidal, I just can’t access the My Tidal portion of it.

Any suggestions?

  2. The app crashes only when I click on the MY TIDAL selection. It never makes it to the MY TIDAL menu.

  3. This does not happen using the RoseConnect app on my phone.

  4. This is the only version of the PC RoseConnect I have installed or used.

  5. I can provide this if needed, but I don’t want this information to be seen on the Rose community website. I can’t tell if this response gets directly posted in the thread for my original question.
