Rose Connect premium app is crashing

My Rose Connect Premium app crashes as soon as I open it
My details are
Rose Connect Premium app ver 5.12.01
Iphone Pro max 15 ios ver 26.6.1
Rose 150 B

It was working till yesterday
I have hard restarted Iphone
I have deleted and resinstalled the Rose app

Please advise on the solution

The issue causing the RoseConnect Premium app to close immediately upon launch on iPhones has now been resolved.
